Do you provide house sitting services?
We are not a house sitting service. Our primary service involves regular visits to your house where we adhere to a predetermined and mutually agreed-upon checklist. We are in your house for less than an hour every visit and take great care to ensure that your home is exactly as you left it when you return. Do you offer home watch services while I'm away? While you are gone, our expert house watch staff will keep an eye on things. We oversee security inspections and property upkeep. We will keep you updated on any difficulties that develop while you are away.. Are you a property inspector? We are not a property inspector, but we will inspect your property. Property inspectors are typically involved in the sale of a property to do a thorough assessment of the structural, plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems, and to offer a precise, complete report. How frequently do you check in on my house using Home Watch Service? We work with you to determine the frequency of our house checks. We can do checks on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, or on a bespoke timetable that works best for you.
Simply notify us in advance, and we will take care of your garbage and recycling collection while you are gone. What happens if my house is damaged by storms or other natural disasters while I'm away? Can you perform maintenance or repairs if necessary? If maintenance or repairs are required while you are away, we may arrange for them. We deal with a reputable handyman service and a variety of professionals that can do any essential repairs.

What should a homeowner budget for a professional house watch service? Fees for house watch services are established based on the size of the property and the frequency of service.

Is cleaning and other maintenance included in the house watch service? Yes! Our house watch service collaborates with reputable cleaning and maintenance companies. We may arrange for your house to be cleaned in advance of your visit, and we can plan continuing maintenance such as lawn care, landscaping, and power washing as needed.
