(1) When doing this sort of service, please bear in mind that working circumstances include excessive heat, humidity, rain, and thunder/lightning. We greatly appreciate your understanding, and we will do everything possible to secure your properties. Unfortunately, due to uncertain storm patterns, we will be unable to receive e-mails, phone calls, or text messages requesting that we instal your hurricane shutters the day before the storm.

(2) Please keep in mind that mobile phone towers are not designed to resist extreme winds, which did fact disrupt our service during Hurricanes Irma and Ian.

(3) Client requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis (the only fair way). We will try to remove as many objects as possible from the ground that might go airborne, such as planters, barbecues, patio furniture, pool items, ornamental wall items, TVs, and so on. We can shut accordion, roll down, cloth, metal, or transparent storm panels. After the storm has gone and we are no longer in danger, we will clean up and restore normalcy for the same fee, depending on the degree of the damage. .
